In all, I am very pleased with these apartment homes! I hope they build many more! The community here is very nice and so pretty. They keep it up well .All office staff are kind and helpful! Any maintenance issues are handled promptly too!

I have had a great experience living at Yardly Elm. I have lived here for a year so far and plan to stay for many years more. My dog loves the property because there are two dog parks and my unit has a dog door with an attached private yard. The office staff is kind and helpful. They are always quick to answer phones if you call. The maintenance team has been quick to fix the few minor issues the same day that I report them. It's been a great experience.

I’ve been here for a year now. Fabulous property, fabulous staff, fabulous floor plan! Friendly, respectful, quiet neighbors. I love it here!
