We’ve been here for a couple of weeks now and have already received excellent service from both the office and maintenance staff. Everyone we’ve met in the community has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my new home and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

A nice quiet safe community with friendly neighbors, my neighbors and my family agree that we like it here but compared to the cost of renting a 3 bed/ 2 bath house you may be better off if you need the space. You’re looking at the same price for a two bed unit. The doggy door is a great addition to the units as well.

Yardley is a great place to live. Even though construction is still happening, the grounds are clean. Management has always been nice and accommodating. They often have party's and such like other properties. I hope to be able to stay another lease term.

I have never been more grateful or excited to live somewhere! Yardly Elm has so much to offer, but some of the most important aspects for me are: the friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable office staff who have always been present when I had a question or concern, the general sense of security (gated community), a neat and clean appearance including very nicely maintained landscaping, the roomy comfort of the units, and the fact that I have my very own yard for my dog to enjoy plus two beautiful dog parks! All of the amenities and special touches included in my unit were big selling points, as well, such as a full washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge, stove), digital access (less keys to misplace!), and a Ring doorbell. Even something seemingly as small as having outgoing mailboxes and a 24/7 fitness center have made a huge impact for me! Although I haven't been here very long, I can already say that I am looking forward to being here for quite some time!
