Great apartment! The application process was very easy and smooth. Same with move in. Our living experience has been great. The apartment came super clean and very modern and nice. Perfect set up for a transitional space.

Luxury amenities and working professionals renting apartments who care about respecting their community and their homes. Elan Denton offers private office/meeting spaces for resident use and a 24hr fitness center that I find motivating for fitness every day. I included a picture of a meeting office inside the main clubhouse.

I love living at Elan Denton. The office and management have been extremely helpful to me. I love the space my apartment, as well as, the amenities. The parking situation is good, I can always park close. The community is always well lit outside after dark. The trash service has been great along with maintenance always comes within a day. I’m very pleased here and hope to live here for several more years.
