I’ve had a great experience living at Alta Denton Station. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the location is incredibly convenient. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Overall, it feels like a safe and welcoming place to call home. I would definitely recommend Alta Denton Station to anyone looking for a quality apartment community in Denton.

Not a bad place to live unless you get unlucky with neighbors like we have! I’ve lived in apartments for 20 years and I’ve never experienced 3 sets of neighbors as rough as I have here.

I am very happy living at Alta Denton Station. The location is perfect for me. Quick access to Loop 288. Apartments are very well maintained and front office staff are always pleasant, professional and provide excellent customer service. Same for the maintenance team. Always quick to respond and resolve. I will absolutely be renewing my lease when that time comes.
