I was disappointed from day one. I moved in and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Then I noticed the filth on the carpets which included pet urine, old bandaids, layers of dust, and a toe nail. There’s been so many things that need repair, it’s not even funny. It was also very dusty when I moved in with cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. At this point, I’m counting down the days when my lease ends or at least hoping to get through the holidays so I can find something else.

My experience with the community is great, the management and maintenance is not so great. Improvements need to be made quickly or arrangements need to be made so the property and people can better thrive in this environment.

Timberlink Apartments is a great place to play golf. My husband and I play golf at the Timberlink Golf Course located inside the apartment. The staff at the golf course are also friendly. If you like seeing green grass, I recommend Timberlink Apartments.
