I want to shout out Keandra Poole for being so helpful in making my decision to move into Village at West University such an easy one. She was professional and responsive to my initial interest in the apartment and taking the time to answer all my questions, walk around multiple units and the entire facility. She is a huge reason I agreed to lease at this facility because of her ability to connect, actively listen and genuinely care about me finding a comfortable home. Additionally, she continued to take care of my needs and service requests when I needed maintenance in my apartment in a personal and timely manner.
