No complaints. Been here going on 3 years now. Front desk concierge can sometimes be rude, but management is nice. The addition of the market store is very convenient as well.

I’ve been here for a few years now and I’ve loved it. Everyone has been so nice from the front desk, to leasing to maintenance whenever I’ve had a concern. Definitely would recommend this place.

I have been a resident for just over 2 months and I have really enjoyed it so far. This part of downtown is great. It is close to things, on the metro line, but still quiet enough where there isn’t constant noise or a lot of people.
The amenities are good and they keep them pretty clean. I do like the hotel-like scents they have in each of the amenities. The apartments are very well priced and I love the floor to ceiling windows, balcony, and the real hardwood floors. I think this building is... a great value for the money. I do suggest a higher floor for the view but also to get away from possible street noise.
My only major issue is the guest parking. We have a parking garage and guest parking is the top floors. There no real way to get them access without having to walk outside and to the gate or by calling the concierge (which I haven’t done because they aren’t friendly enough for me to approach for this).

My experience as a resident at SoDo on Main has truly been wonderful from the very beginning. The staff here are always attentive, professional, and friendly, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. The community itself is always kept clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate how safe and welcoming it feels. The amenities are a great bonus — from the modern fitness center to the... shared spaces that are perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The location is also super convenient, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all nearby. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend SoDo on Main to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

My neighbors are quiet, amenities are nice but pool definitely needs to be cleaned. Not sure if the pool has any heating switch. But I like the neighborhood
