I'm very pleased with haven, but however, things could be improved and they are improving. So I'm just gonna continually give my feedback and continuously be a team member also with being a resident, I'm the one that helps out when the team is off. For instance, someone let their pet use the restroom in the elevator I don't have pets but I took it up on myself to clean the elevator out because The team wasn't here so I'm a resident and I wanted it to be clean so I cleaned it. I just wish the... residents with pets would not allow their pets to use the restroom in the elevators are the hallways, but besides that, there's nothing wrong with haven at Main And the new staff are ROCK STARS , thank you.

For the most part it’s quiet except for the loud music in parking garage(not too often). Maintenance response in a very timely manner. Staff super friendly.

Not really a fan of the property since greystar took over. This will be my last lease at this property.

Okay. you asked.
I can see dramatic improvement with Greystar taking over Haven on Main.
For the most part, the security access doors work - almost - The third floor doors near the freight elevator were fixed, but one side is not functioning.
The pool area is looking better all of the time; as is the exercise room.
The security patrols are very evident
BUT (there's always a BUT), the parking garage still resembles a race track. As is have said before, this is the only parking garage where I... have been tailgated. Question - Will Greystar reimburse me for my $1,000 deductible when I am hit?
The management and support staff are very good at their jobs!!
