I can see the continuous improvement of the property by the "new" management team. They continue to address the issues the residents raise (e.g., cleaning up after pets), etc.
But they can't be everywhere and fix everything despite trying; and some areas need to be addressed a bit later:
The property is not secure; the security doors do not work. But not all of this should fall on the team. Someone, again, forced open the magnetic door lock on level three, almost right after it was repaired. The team is looking into different doors.
There is still no solution to rampant speeding in the garage; someone is going to get injured. Fining these drivers should be just as important as fining pet waste violators.
We see trash spread all over where the shutes are with no thoughts of people's neighbors. Management can't be responsible for that; people need to respect their surroundings.

For the most part, I love living here. It’s quiet, and I feel safe. I have no problems. I just want my ceiling fixed indefinitely as opposed to the temporary ways it’s been addressed.

Good for a first apartment but after the first year it’s a bit overpriced for the square footage you get . Elevator is constantly broken without any notice. Dog owners leave poop everywhere. Parking is very limited.
