Responsive team. The unit was clean and well maintained. I love access to discounts at area and out of area vendors. The various platforms to set up feels a bit cumbersome, but otherwise it has been a positive experience.

We just moved in recently so far everything is on time and good. maintenance issues are resolved in less than 24hours which is good and quick.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is always helpful, supportive, and quick to assist whenever I have questions or need anything. They genuinely care about their residents and make the community feel welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

we’ve had an ongoing roach infestation and the maintenance team keeps calling and pest and they don’t do anything! Our apartment is not properly sealed and it’s constant! The rent is way too high for this!

The apartment itself is decent, and the office staff has been fine to work with. Unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs neighbors has been a consistent issue. You can hear heavy footsteps, running, and things being dropped at all hours, which makes it difficult to relax or sleep. I understand some noise is normal in apartment living, but the sound insulation seems to be lacking. If you’re considering living here, I’d recommend requesting a top floor or high ceiling unit if possible.
