I have renewed my lease once already due to the wonderful staff and townhome layout offered here at Marlowe Denton Townhomes. The pool area is beautiful and exceptionally clean. I have truly enjoyed the lifestyle here with the quiet and friendly neighbors.

The move in process was smooth and easy! I’ve only been here a week but I love the complex and especially the location! My only complaint is not having a key fob to open my door. It is a keypad only.

My experience has been good thus far, enough to renew my lease. The grounds are well-maintained. The staff is amazing. The only challenges have been parking, the smell of cows/landfill and I’m starting to notice bugs in my apartment. Other than that, I would recommend living at this property.

Pretty good so far besides the slamming doors and omg WASPS every time we walk out the front door there is always a yellowjacket waiting for us
