The only real upsides are the location and price. Rent is below market for the area, but you truly get what you pay for. The property has gone downhill. Management is rarely available, ownership does not seem to get things done, and basic upkeep is ignored. The elevator has been broken for about a month, fences are falling down, doors are propped open with rocks, and work orders can take months. The hallways often smell like trash, dead animals, or fish, and vomit has been left for months. Carpets need shampooing badly. Amenities are also neglected: the hot tub does not heat, pool grills and dog park lights have been broken for about 2.5 years, and the dog park is dirty, unsafe, and poorly stocked. Cedric, Yailyn, Elaina, and the new maintenance manager have been helpful, but overall cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and management are serious problems. The low rent reflects the condition of the property.

As you and I discussed previously in May, I am still fairly new to the property, but both myself and our new supervisor have been actively working to address outstanding community concerns and improve the overall resident experience. While some of these issues were ongoing prior to our arrival, we are committed to making meaningful progress and ensuring items are resolved as quickly as possible. Since I started, the fencing issue you mentioned has been repaired, and the elevator that is currently down is actively being worked on by our elevator vendor. We understand how inconvenient these issues can be and appreciate everyone’s patience while repairs and improvements are being completed. I have also remained available to communicate regarding your concerns and have previously followed up with you directly via email regarding your original complaint. We truly value resident feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can continue improving. We look forward to you seeing the positive changes happening within the community in the near future. I been living here for almost 5 years and this place is not what it use to be! Everything is unorganized, unprofessional and delayed when it comes to serious issues I have contacted leasing and property staff! I'm not happy!
