I’ve lived here for eight years. I’m very pleased with the management of the building. Particular attention is paid to keeping the hallways, elevators, and garage clean. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion. The location of Avenue Grove is a big plus. Close enough to major roads to get to anywhere in the city; within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Levy Park is well maintained and well lit. There are many activities and a playground available. The dog park is also well maintained.

Poor Management/Stolen Car
I'm a resident at the complex and my car was stolen last Thursday. I reached out to the office for video footage and was told they couldn't show me the footage which is fine but they could send it to the officer. I provided them with my police report case number, officer's number and badge number and was told they would send it over. Three days passed by and I received no follow up from the office. When I reached out to the officer, I was told the office didn't contact them either and was provided with no answers but they wouldn't be sending anything over. Today's Tuesday and I've gone into the office to complain and still no answers as to why I wasn't contacted or the officer. While in the office another lady came in about her bike being stolen. Absolutely ridiculous! To top it off, I spoke to the security guards, and they weren't even informed of the theft.
