I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I love living at Avenue Grove. The staff here are truly amazing and always go above and beyond to help residents. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, the location couldn't be better — it's perfect for shopping and enjoying great food. I also appreciate having Levy Park nearby; it's a wonderful bonus for outdoor activities and relaxation.

I’ve lived here for eight years. I’m very pleased with the management of the building. Particular attention is paid to keeping the hallways, elevators, and garage clean. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion. The location of Avenue Grove is a big plus. Close enough to major roads to get to anywhere in the city; within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Levy Park is well maintained and well lit. There are many activities and a playground available. The dog park is also well maintained.

I've been living here for little over a year. I'll definitely renew my lease. I'm very happy with this location, convenient, maintenance, accessibility are top notch. Ms. Victoria is one of the managers at this location. No matter what's going on in your world or how's your day going, Victoria will great you with a BIG SMILE. She's helpful, reactive and courteous. She adds tons of value to this location, she's on the top of her game.
