Rent Entire Second Story/ House Share

I'm a TWU Alumnus with a large luxury home to share. I am renting the entire second floor which is 1250 sq. feet with 2 bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill full bath plus another half bath. There are two living areas and a kitchenette. There are two... floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves. There's also an entire built-in study area with two desks, many drawers, and more floor-to-ceiling built-in bookcases. This house share can feel as private as a separate apartment with the front stairs adjacent to the entrance from the 2-car garage. The utilities and Wifi are included in the rent. Greenbelts with paved hike and bike paths surround the home. There's a covered back porch with a fireplace and a large yard. Tenants will pay a one-time $25 fee for their key card to give full access to all the Lantana amenities, including 5 pools, a workout room, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts.
