Two MFA students seeking a tidy, responsible and friendly student/grad student renter to share our 3-bedroom home.

Who are we?
Jeff and Sidney (and occasionally Jeff's partner, Kari, stays over).
Jeff is finally pursuing his dream as he works on... an MFA in studio art at TWU. Sidney is a photographer who is also pursuing an MFA, but at UNT.

We are a queer safe space/queer allies and are generally friendly folks who love the Denton community.

This 3 bed, 2 bath home has a fully-furnished living area, kitchen and dining area, as well as a spacious backyard for relaxing, gardening and grilling. The available ~10ft x 11ft bedroom is situated at the front of the house w/south and east facing windows and features blinds, curtains, ceiling fan, and a large closet.

Rent includes a shared, updated full bathroom with tub/shower combo, sink, and cabinet storage. Home is fully stocked regarding home furnishings, dishware and kitchen appliances, as well as a large washer and dryer.

The home is a 6-minute drive to TWU and a 10-minute drive to UNT. Room is available now and will be on a 9-12 month lease for $700/month (water, gas, electricity, WiFi, lawn maintenance & trash are included). We have a friendly cat currently at the property, so no additional pets please. $350 security deposit.
