We have a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house and are looking for a roommate for the upstairs area. It comes with its own living room, en-suite bathroom. We have 1 room available for $750, or add the second - adjacent room - for a total of $1000/m,... utilities and wifi are included. Rooms are both furnished currently, but can be empty. We are both full-time professionals, and are looking for another professional, or grad/post grad student. We have 3 dogs currently living in the house - one is a foster. Other dogs are welcome of course. We have a backyard, with a screened in porch and doggie doors. It is a quiet neighborhood, about 5min from TWU, 8min from UNT and 7min from downtown. We are looking for someone quiet and respectful.
