My experience as a resident has been positive overall. I appreciate the community atmosphere and the professionalism of the management team. The staff has been responsive when addressing maintenance requests, and issues are typically resolved in a timely manner. The property is generally well-maintained, and I feel safe living here, which is very important to me.
I also value the convenient location and the amenities available, which make day-to-day living more comfortable. That said, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the experience even further, such as quicker communication during peak times and continued attention to shared spaces.
Overall, I am satisfied with my living experience and would recommend the community to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

The property manager and the maintenance workers are great.
However I usually run into an issue of no coffee cups or lids available in the morning. I usually have to ask whenever they are out, and I feel like the area should be cosntantly stocked and checked. I shouldn't have to remind anyone. It also appears as if no one ever really cleans the coffee machine.

Great to live here. The evening views are cool. I like just sitting there and having some coffee after some good workday. Walking are cool as the view and sunsets are crazy
