A Concerning Living Experience
BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE
I'm a current resident and have been for the past 10 months. Living here will make you feel like a cash cow waiting to be milked and scared by the end of your lease.
Apartment quality - It's fine, as it should be for it being a newer complex. There are some concerns that will grow with age, but nothing urgent from the time I've lived here.
Management - It seems like they struggle managing the people there. They have "forgotten" about meetings and conversations I've had with them causing way too much unwanted stress. I would 1000% recommend you making sure you message as much as you can to keep receipts of your conversations. They way this property misunderstands and mishandles things scared me.
Overall, I was always worrying about my lease and information being mishandled towards the end. This apartment complex seems like they would stab me in the back if I cause them too much of an inconvenience to them.

RUDE MANAGEMENT
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this apartment complex are not only incredibly rude, but they’re also liars who couldn’t care less about their tenants’ health or safety. We’ve been dealing with an infestation of crickets—and I’m not talking about a few here and there. We’re talking about 40+ crickets a day that we have to kill ourselves. They’ve filled our closets, they’re in our bed, and we even find them in the bathroom drawers!
We’ve contacted management countless times, and all they do is shrug it off or try to charge us for out-of-hours service—because apparently, a cricket infestation is our problem! Nothing has been solved despite our numerous complaints. It’s disgusting and unsafe. The fact that this company expects tenants to live in these conditions speaks volumes about their lack of care. DO NOT RENT HERE if you value your health, your sanity, or basic respect from the people managing your home.
