I had an excellent experience staying in this unfurnished apartment. The location is outstanding, and the spacious layout allowed me to personalize the space to my liking. It provided a blank canvas for me to decorate and make it truly my own. The amenities and features were perfect for my needs. I have been a resident of The Talon Apartments for some time now, and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, being just steps away from UNT campus. Whether you're a student or faculty member, you'll appreciate the convenience of being able to roll out of bed and be in class within minutes. The apartment itself is a gem. I reside in a spacious 3-bedroom unit with 1 bathroom, and it's the perfect fit for my needs. The designer color scheme is versatile and complements any style of furniture, allowing you to make it your own. The exterior of the building is charming with its rustic design and beautiful tree-lined landscaping. One of the standout features for me is the interior. I love the mix of stained concrete floors on the first level and faux wood floors upstairs. The kitchen is impressive with all-black appliances and abundant cabinet storage, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. Having a washer and dryer in every unit is an absolute time-saver and adds a great deal of convenience to daily life. Living at The Talon Apartments means enjoying a world of convenience and satisfaction. I have been a resident at Talon Apartments managed by the Martino Group for approximately three years now, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with professionalism and a sense of community that has remained consistent throughout my time here. One of the standout features has been the proactive and efficient maintenance team. Any issues or repairs that have come up were dealt with swiftly and to a high standard, often exceeding my expectations. It's a relief to know that you're in good hands when it comes to maintaining a quality living environment. The staff in the Martino Group is exceptionally helpful. They have always been available to address any concerns or questions that I have had, and have shown true care for the well-being of the residents. They are not only prompt with their responses but also go above and beyond to ensure that every experience is a positive one. The apartment units themselves are well-maintained, and the communal facilities are always kept clean and in good order. There is a real sense of community here that I truly appreciate.
