Seriously, good luck trying to leave. The management triple charged me on various fees for water and trash after I moved out with the property manager non-existent in the office, always “out to lunch” or “booked up” the rest of the day if you wait for him to return.
Pest control does absolutely nothing to control roaches getting in the ground floor, and feel free to ignore any emails saying there’s a fine for junk or trash on balconies, either everyone’s paying it or nobody is.

Initially we loved this place, the management was good - however for past 6 months or so, since the new management has taken over (and they changed the name from Santa Fe Ranch to Tides o Ranchview), the condition has deteriorated. They have added un-necessary amount to monthly bills, zero service, don't respond to calls from current renters, rude, change rules on their whims and fancy. Just waiting for my lease to be over. Avoid renting here if you can.
