Aside from office staff not answering the phones, the apartment community and my apartment are well maintained.

Great staff very friendly! Grounds are well maintained and look GOOD. Only issue I’ve had is getting work orders and other maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner. That said, the maintenance manager is very attentive and friendly. He probably has too much on his plate.

This is the safest and peaceful community I have ever lived. Neighbors are great and some have lived here forever. Maintenance and office personnel are kind and considerate.
