The Gazebo apartments may not have a literal gazebo on site anymore, but they’re still a great place to live. The units have great balconies, there’s lots of tree cover, and you’ll be within walking or biking distance of both the Square and UNT. Considering the location and rents generally in Denton, the place is a steal.-. It’s also got on site management, which I wouldn’t trade for anything and we’re not run by some private equity. That’s gonna buy us run the place into the ground and sell it to the next private equity that’s gonna raise the rent run the place in the ground.I’ve never had trouble getting maintenance taken care of, and they spray for roaches regularly; I haven’t seen any in years.
For us, the biggest selling point is that they do not seem to be owned by some private equity that runs the property into the ground and still raises rents by $300 a year. There are human beings to talk to when you have a problem, and you don’t have to drive across town to find them.
Generally, the grounds are clean, the laundry room is as functional as any apartment complex laundry room, and I have never had a problem with the neighbors. I’ve never had bugs or roof leaks here. Nor have I ever been harassed by some robotic billing system intent on triple-charging me for things that never happened.
My husband and I like it. We’ve lived here in several different units since 2013.

Nice Place
There are lots of trees and I like the balcony space. The leasing agent was friendly and helpful, really knew about Denton and the community. It looks like it's an older building, but they have done some updating and is really cleaned up! I really like it here.

Good Apartment in Denton
Gazebo Apartments is a good place to live. The community feels quiet and safe, and I really appreciate the recent updates and landscaping. The apartments have a cozy layout with a balcony, and everything is kept clean. The leasing agent at the front desk has always been helpful to me. It’s an affordable, convenient, and comfortable place in Denton, I'd recommend giving it a chance.

Condensending Management
Was considering moving into these apartments. The person at the desk really wasn't very helpful. Their level of politeness was condescending, and they made wrong assumptions. Besides the apartments are right next to a cemetery, no thank you!!

Poor Management
Poor Management, Not at all helpful in anyway. The person who sits in the front desk not sure whether he is manager or employee, he is so rude all the time . Worst Management!
