excellent
i've been living here for a while now, and while the maintenance wasn't very good before, it's improved tremendously lately. There's now complete attention to the guest, continuous maintenance, and I'm grateful I didn't leave.??????????

“I had a great experience living in this apartment. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever issues arise. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. This place is amazing.

Gateway Tour
Aeriel was extremely nice during the tour. The apartments are beautiful and come with a lot of amenities.

New manggment are great
Very pleased by the new management they have been implementing new policies and upkeeps to keep the apartment complex tidy such as fixing the paint on the floor and hallways and adding things to the gym such as the tv and shades. They also have been adding more events and changing up the staff which is nice to see.
