td { border: 1px solid rgba(204, 204, 204, 1) } br { } We are located in the Greenway-Upper Kirby neighborhood, the 5th most walkable neighborhood in Houston. Grocery stores, retail shops, and nearby entertainment are all within walking distance.
The apartments are ancient and falling apart. Because of that, you will have water and electricity outages in your building with little to no warning. Once i had to go stay at a feiends house for a few days because that's hiw long the repairs took.They also have windows blinds that break off like biscuit. I broke one blade of a window blind and they charged me $95. Then, after I left, I was charged another $400+ for underbilled water and sewer charges for the years I was there. You read that... right. The whole time I'm paying water and sewer charges and after I leave they bill me more. Do not live here.

These apartments are in the best location. There aren’t many walkable neighborhoods in Houston but this is one of them. It’s close to so many restaurants and bars on westheimer and just a quick drive to Washington, Memorial Park, the Heights, etc.

I’ve had a great experience living at Gables CityWalk. The apartments are well maintained, if a bit out dated. The property is kept up really well and the maintenance staff is great. The people in the leasing office, specifically the property manager Alexandria, are friendly and respond to issues promptly.
