We love living at Cortland River Oaks! Location could not be better, in front of the Buffalo Bayou Park, close to everything we need, surrounded by our own gardens, and a great team that takes care of us, both the administration office and the maintenance guys!

Cortland at River Oaks has in the last year upgraded amazingly all apartment rentals at this centrally located complex and the quality of living has been great with the leadership of the office with their continuous program to upgrade the facility. What is even better is the central location between River Oaks and Montrose and downtown Houston (5 minute car ride or 45 minute walk)- one of the highest elevation in Houston (it has never flooded with all hurricanes and rain events since it was built (1990'S), 30 minutes from either airport, across from Buffalo Bayou to go for a job, run, hike or just a walk to chill and near so many excellent restaurants and the art museum area only 15 minutes away. You will be so happy at this amazing community ---if you decide to relocate here. Enjoy!

The staff here really cares about the residents, the property and their timely response to issues. I feel safe and valued at this property -- and I've lived in a LOT of properties around Houston which do not fit that profile!!

With a perfect location, Cortland River Oaks is a great place to live. Our beautiful gardens make an oasis in our neighborhood, and the renovated apartments are confortable and modern.
