Not what it used to be. New management is not friendly and responsive. They don’t care about the safety of residents by leaving gates and doors open 24/7. One is the main entry doors has been broken for months and they decided to leave it unlocked putting everybody at risk. Hallways are always dirty.

We regret to hear your experience at our community left this impression. We have been in constant communication with our residents regarding the pedestrian gates as well as any other gates needing repair. While we understand the... frustration in hearing that we had to wait for a date for our vendor to come out to make the repairs, the pedestrian gate has been repaired as of yesterday. Our buildings are on schedule for power washing, which should help with the cleanliness concern you mentioned.
