I needed a single-bedroom apartment fast and 1509 was one of the top choices regarding both price and the condition of the apartment itself. There were some minor issues upon moving in but all issues were fixed immediately by maintenance which I greatly appreciate. If you are looking for a single bedroom, this is a great choice.
