I have been living here for two years, and the apartment maintenance team has been very inefficient. It takes them two weeks to address any repair requests. There are a lot of cockroaches in the house. Only the hallway on the ground floor gets cleaned, while the upper hallways are always dirty. I never recommend it

We lived here for 6 months, and at the end of the day, I would recommend going elsewhere. Here's why:
1.) Not very clean. For "luxury" apartments, the place is pretty messy. The courtyard smells like pet urine, the hallways smell like weed, there are typically cigarette butts in common areas, and the trash area is typically a nasty mess (if I could upload pictures I would). The garbage bins in common areas were almost always full, too.
2.) During our stay, there were multiple vehicle... break-ins. Now, I understand that crime is technically out of direct management's control, but if you're looking to move here you need to know the place is surrounded by hotels and I think that brings more crime than normal. While they do have a gated garage, this didn't stop vehicle break-ins. Also, people absolutely FLY down that street. Be super careful when walking to your car.
3.) Their responsiveness to requests wasn't great. We asked for a knob on our stove to be fixed and they literally never did it... in the 6 months we were there. Not a huge deal as the 3 other knobs work, but the principle of not fixing it in 6 months is flat out ridiculous.
4.) Expect them to nickel and dime you during move-out. This was hands down the worst part of our experience. During the sales process, we were told by the sales rep that part of what makes Axis so great is they paint the walls, do a deep clean, and install new carpet for each tenant (staging this as their normal routine between tenants). However, when we moved out, we were hit with all kinds of ridiculous cleaning fees and some carpet cleaning fees. Personally, it feels shortsighted on management's part. I don't run an apartment complex, but it sure seems like I'd plan to deep clean ANY unit prior to bringing in a new tenant. That said, charging the previous tenant for these "extra cleaning fees" just suggests that they don't, or that they're using it as an opportunity to squeeze extra money out of you, both of which are concerning.
The pool is pretty nice.
Hope this helps!

My wife and I have lived in a number of apartments in the Plano and Dallas area and this is the first one that made us feel like it's a home.
The office staff (Liana, Kaidra and Melony) are friendly, courteous and very responsive to any problem that may arise. The property is kept clean and well maintained thanks to Micheal and his hard working crew.
Apartments are spacious and well laid out with plenty of cabinet and closet space.
The gym, clubhouse, courtyard and pool are first class and the... parking garage is great because my car is kept safe from any passing hail storms.
Also, being foodies, it's so convenient being able to walk to Central Market next door and pick up fresh ready to cook ingredients or just a ready made meal.
We would recommend this place to anyone.

**PART 1** I have lived at Axis 3700 since December. This is my first time leasing an apartment with Axis 3700 and it will certainly be the last. I’ll start with the customer service. The management allows a towing company to come through and make money off the friends and family of the people that live here, and in turn give them a job! During the 6 months I’ve lived here the parking garage has never been more than 3/4 full (normally ~1/2 full). They claim this is for the benefit of the tenants... , but people have only penalized by it. My car was towed after going to the management getting a pass and telling them I will be driving this while my car is in the shop. When I went to talk to them about it they acted like they couldn’t care less. I even went to talk with the manager about it, but it seems the incompetence is a culture. When signing our lease they offered a locator bonus of $1000 to my dad, as he is my real estate agent. However, after signing my lease, and requesting this bonus payment many times, they say it does not apply to family. When it was offered they knew he was my father and I was his son. Also they make a very big deal about their “24/7” trash pickup when you tour the facility, but in reality they come Monday through Friday (once a night if you’re lucky). These people are use to taking advantage of people and getting away with it. The way they handle business is unacceptable and they cannot be trusted!
