There have been several burglary incidents at night, especially on weekends. No security personnel or towing company came to check. Many strangers have been coming around, hitting the gate and the gym door, and causing disturbances at the swimming pool.

I have lived here and still am currently under a lease and have regretted every second of it. We just got a new Management team and they are more worried about redoing the place rather than assisting their tenants. I have been locked out on my balcony several times and no one would answer the phone in the office. The apartment is constantly falling apart. DO NOT DO IT!!

I have lived and am still currently living in these apartments, and would like to warn others not to make the same mistakes. I moved here from out of state and after speaking with staff on the phone and a friend touring the property thought this would be the best option. It turned out to be my biggest mistake and is now the reason I would like to move out of this city altogether. This property is run down with poor updates that break often. With cracked walls, doors, and cabinets - the only... thing modern about the apartments are the refrigerators. The low pricing is also reflected in the poor amenities and property management. Most buildings (from talking to neighbors) have roach problems and pest control does little to nothing to resolve so you would have to take matters into your own hands. The gate is constantly broken, security is lackluster and the visitors policy is the worst of them all. Also, anytime I have problems it takes me causing a scene to get them properly resolved which should not be the case.

Therefore I suggest for safety, sanity and worthy living conditions - choose a better option. May cost more but it’s worth it NOT to deal with this place. Read More

just don't. i wrote a whole long review on here and thought i posted it but it looks like its gone. in summary the staff is rude and the roaches, spiders and wasps are your roommates forever no matter how clean you keep your stuff or what you do for pest control.
