Located on the outskirts of East Downtown, Campanile on Commerce is a newly developed apartment complex for 55+ Active Senior Living. Our three story community is beautifully designed with a modern touch, with sparkling pool, dog park, multiple clubhouses, etc.
Our interior amenities include, granite countertops, grey toned faux wood vinyl flooring, Island in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Take advantage of the built in desk, washer and dryer in each apartment home, and trash chutes on top floors.
I recently moved into this active senior living community, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The application process was incredibly smooth and efficient, and I was able to transition quickly and comfortably, thanks to the amazing staff here.
Alexus was a standout during the entire process. She was professional, approachable, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her dedication to ensuring that my move went smoothly made all the difference and eased what could have been a stressful time.
Tina, the property manager, was wonderful as well. She’s very knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions, and is clearly dedicated to ensuring that residents feel at home. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly shows her passion for making this community a great place to live.
In addition to the wonderful staff, I absolutely love the amenities, especially the workout room. It’s a great place to stay active and healthy, with all the equipment you need for a solid workout. It’s just another reason why this community stands out!
Overall, I think I'm going to be happy to be a part of this community, and I look forward to enjoying everything it has to offer. I will keep you posted :)

New start at Campanile on Commerce
I am very happy living here at Campanile on Commerce. Tina and her staff are excellent, very professional yet warm and friendly. I feel it is the perfect choice for me.
