Guest access The entire space is included in this rental. The upstairs bedroom is extra for cleaning. Please, make yourself at home and treat our home like you would your home.
Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.
Pool heating* is $150 per day with a two-day minimum to heat the pool, and we need at least two days prior notice. If the outside temperature is below 45 we may not be able to get the pool or hot tub up to the desired temperature.
The minimum age required to rent is 30 years old.
The 12-person limit is set by city ordinance, not by us — day or night, visitors included. We're legally required to enforce it and can lose our permit if we don't. There are no exceptions we're able to make.
