Great place to live! Excellent location, next to downtown, great restaurants. Maintenance has been very responsive to all issues. Misty is an outstanding manager who is very kind, listens to tenants complaints, responds to them, and gets the job done!

1903 Portsmouth has been a great place to live and definitely deserves 5 stars. Having utilities included in the rent is a huge perk and takes the guesswork out of monthly expenses. The location is very convenient, close to Montrose, the Medical Center, and plenty of nearby amenities like restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Even with everything close by, the property itself stays surprisingly quiet, and the building is well-maintained. It has been a very comfortable and hassle-free living... experience so far.
