Mr. Su is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bridge Tower Partners where he oversees all areas of the business. Formed in 2013, Bridge Tower is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager and operator currently focused on the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets. Since its formation, the group has developed its own acquisition, rehab, construction, leasing and capital markets capabilities internally. Its portfolio of over thirteen hundred single family residential properties was built through a combination of bulk purchases as well as build to lease subdivisions. Already with three existing rental communities (Brooklyn Village, Uptown Village and Bay Colony Pointe West), the company intends to further its growth in this segment with a near-term pipeline of three new communities (consisting of over five hundred units) which will be completed by the second quarter of 2020. The group also owns and manages several mortgage note portfolios. Mr. Su graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and began his career in financial markets with firms including Goldman Sachs, Cramer Rosenthal and Robeco Bank. Prior to forming Bridge Tower, Mr. Su was founder and Chief Investment Officer of Othello Capital, a short only hedge fund.
