This is a very safe neighborhood. There is no "through traffic". There is only one way to enter the neighborhood. It is surrounded on 3 sides by the golf course, walking trails and a park. The open concept living, kitchen dining with the granite... breakfast bar is as beautiful as it is practical. There is a wood burning fireplace and an extra room that is perfect for a home office. There is a desk in there for your use. All the blinds are new, as well as the stove. Even the door to the forest on the golf course is new. The outside patio has new artificial turf, so no mowing. There is storage in the double carport and under the stairs plus 2 hall closets. The master bedroom has a large closet as do the other 2 bedrooms. Guest parking is great and close. The club house, pool and tennis courts are within walking distance, also a catholic church. The total remodel is just finishing up. The fresh paint color is "creme in my coffee". With the light wood floors its ver sharp looking. When you come see it, you will love it!! It is minutes from 1-30 & 635 also 5 minutes from the George Bush Turnpike. CALL ME!!
