With Frisco ISD, James has served on 2003, 2006, 2013, and 2018 Citizen’s Bond Committees, Campus Improvement Teams at Curtsinger and Dr. Pink Elementary Schools and at Centennial High School, the District Improvement Team, the Long-Range Planning Committee, and is currently a member of the FISD District Advisory Council. James was the Campaign Treasurer for the 2018 FISD Tax Ratification Election and Bond Election, and voters enthusiastically passed both referendums. James also served five terms on the Board of Directors for the Frisco Education Foundation, including two terms as Board Secretary, and is currently a member of its Advisory Board. James is also a longtime member of the Frisco Community Band. James is a proud Texas native, a resident of the Frisco area since 1988, and the father of two accomplished adult children who attended grades K-12 in Frisco ISD. James is a graduate of Odessa Permian High School and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Angelo State University. James was employed in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry for over ten years. He then was employed in the Tax Compliance Software Industry for over eleven years before launching his Real Estate Career in late 1999.
