Respect the space by treating the unit with care and reporting any damage promptly. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or courtyards and must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a maximum of one pet under 50 lbs and a $100 non-refundable deposit. Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp, and late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture, as a $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out.
