Located on one of the most famous streets in Dallas, Swiss Avenue is a short ride to Downtown Dallas and lined with multi-million dollar historic mansions.
No parties or events are allowed, and quiet time is after 9 pm. No firearms or unregistered guests are permitted. Care for your unit is expected, and no smoking is allowed. Any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a $100 non-refundable deposit for one pet under 50 pounds. A $1,000 fine applies for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and furniture must be returned to its original location upon check-out, or a $50 furniture fee will be charged. Any damages will be billed to the guest. Upon booking confirmation, the primary adult guest must send a photo ID (front only) as required by the building's security rules. Guests can receive packages but do not have access to the mailbox. Contact us for a forwarding address where mail can be received.
