Renting 2 bedrooms with your own full bathroom in a beautifully designed 4BR/2BA home. Single car garage available to rent for an additional fee. Free parking in the driveway and on the street. Plenty of free storage space in... the attic with direct access anytime you need it.

Tenant rules: Alcohol-free, no parties, no male overnight guests.

You'll share common areas (living room, kitchen, and outdoor areas) with one quiet female occupant (me, the homeowner). All expenses are covered (Housekeeping, landscaping, electric, internet, water, trash, sewer ect). I have a housekeeper who cleans all common areas plus your bathroom every 2 weeks. She can do your bedroom floors too if you wish. She's been with me for 5 years so I trust her completely.

I live in the back of the house off the kitchen, and you'll have your own semi-private space in the front. You enter the house without walking past my room. No shared walls between us, and you'll have a lot of privacy since I don't use that hallway. I'm an introverted accountant and pretty much keep to myself, but I'm friendly and open to all types of people. I have a sweet and gentle goldendoodle named Lucy who is great with kids!
