Furnished. Includes: full-size bed, closet, storage drawers, table / work space and in bathroom storage space. Share some pantry and fridge space. Kitchen utensils and cookware are provided.

On site pool. Grounds are also lovely for walkers . joggers. Recumbent Stationary bike for indoor exercise. Double filtered water from fridge. Clean heat/ aIr with Merv 13 filters and comfortable temperatures year round. Great water pressure for showering. Feel right at home!

Minimum 6-month commitment. 1-year term is also available.

There is not a lot of kitchen storage space here. Ideal tenant is a minimalist, No criminal history. Provide local ID.
